Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread
- 3 cups brown rice flour
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- ¾ tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
- 4 eggs
- 1 egg white
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix together all ingredients (I use a hand-mixer).
- Pour into two lightly greased bread loaf pans.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes. Bread is done when toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
